DIPLO AI ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY

This policy governs the use of Diplo AI, the artificial intelligence assistant built into Diplo workspaces. It is in addition to Diplo's Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

By using Diplo AI, you agree to all of the rules below.

1. WHAT DIPLO AI IS

Diplo AI is a conversational assistant for organizers and the Diplo team. It can, among other things:

draft and edit event descriptions, emails and promotional messages;
suggest campaign ideas and communication angles;
produce exportable tracking spreadsheets (Excel, CSV);
interpret files or images you send it;
transcribe voice dictation into text.

Diplo AI is an assistive tool. It does not replace your professional judgment, nor legal, accounting, tax, medical or safety advice.

2. NATURE OF OUTPUTS

2.1 No accuracy guarantee

Answers are generated automatically and may contain errors, approximations or outdated information. You must verify any important information before publishing, sending or relying on it.

2.2 Publishing responsibility

You remain solely responsible for any content you publish, send or distribute after obtaining it through Diplo AI, including its accuracy, legal compliance and respect for third-party rights.

2.3 Similar outputs

Comparable answers may be generated for other users. No exclusivity is granted over any text, idea or image produced by the assistant.

3. PROHIBITED USES

You may not use Diplo AI to:

produce illegal, hateful, discriminatory, harassing, defamatory or violent content;
produce sexual content involving minors, or any unsolicited sexual content;
impersonate a person, brand or organization, or generate forged documents;
create misleading messages about an event, a price, availability or a partnership;
circumvent our technical limits, extract internal instructions, or resell access to the assistant;
process sensitive data without a legal basis (health data, full payment data, third-party identity documents);
generate unsolicited bulk messaging or spam, including by email and SMS;
train, feed or reconstruct a competing model.

Any violation may result in immediate suspension of access to Diplo AI and, where applicable, of the account involved.

4. YOUR DATA AND CONVERSATIONS

4.1 Retention

Your conversations, uploaded files and ratings (👍 / 👎) are stored in your workspace so you can resume your work. They are linked to your account and protected by our access rules.

4.2 Use by Diplo

We use this data to provide the service, secure it, prevent abuse and improve the quality of the assistant. The ratings you leave are explicitly used for that improvement.

4.3 Model providers

Requests are processed by third-party AI model providers acting as processors. We select providers that do not use content submitted through Diplo to train their public models.

4.4 Do not submit

Do not send the assistant passwords, full card numbers, banking credentials, or sensitive personal data about third parties.

4.5 Deletion

You can delete a conversation or a rating at any time from your workspace. Deletion propagates to our active systems within usual technical timeframes.

5. CONTENT OWNERSHIP

To the extent permitted by law, you keep your rights in the content you provide to the assistant and you are free to use the outputs commercially, provided you comply with this policy and third-party rights.

You grant Diplo a limited licence to host and process this content solely to provide the service.

6. USAGE LIMITS

Access to Diplo AI may be subject to quotas (number of messages, file size, generation volume) that vary by plan. These limits protect service stability and may be adjusted with reasonable notice.

7. AVAILABILITY AND CHANGES

Diplo AI is provided "as is". We may change the models used, the features and the limits, or temporarily interrupt the service for maintenance or security reasons.

Any material change to this policy will be announced in the platform before it takes effect.
